By downloading or using Enrollee – Syllabus Tracker (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

 

2. App Purpose

Enrollee is designed to help students track and manage their exam syllabus, schedule study time, and improve their preparation. The app provides exam overviews and productivity tools like a Pomodoro timer, topic tracking, and customizable timetables.

 

3. Premium Subscription

  • The premium version of the app is available through a one-time payment.

  • This payment is non-refundable and is used solely to support app development.

  • The premium status is stored locally on your device and is not recoverable if:

    • You uninstall the app

    • You clear the app’s data

    • You switch to a new device

No online accounts or server-side storage is used for subscription verification.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the app (including design, text, and features) is the property of Enrollee. You may not reuse or redistribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

 

5. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the app or its features

  • Not to attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with its functionality

  • To use the app only for lawful and educational purposes

 

6. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide a reliable and useful service, but:

  • We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any syllabus content

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption resulting from the use (or inability to use) the app
